SpeedPost/Vpost(all the same) botched up their delivery of my kindle 3 times only to tell me that they have been delivering to the wrong address, after I have verified my address with them 3 times. And on the fourth time they simply did not bother to deliver. When I called the service centre at 5pm, they said they would come between 9am-1pm, to ask they what is the bloody F**K up this time, the lady told me in a very surprised tone, "Oh sir, you haven't received you item?!" No shit lady, I received my stuff and I thought this was a phone sex number for bored people with post-women fetish. So long story short. I had to go down to the post office to collect it myself to avoid any more screw-ups. Hopefully, they don't surprise me again. Their level of incompetence is the stuff soviet horror stores are made of. The soviet works were paid next to nothing and always drunk on vodka, I wonder what is speedpost/vpost's excuse.
